هدف البحث الحالي إلى وضع تصور مقترح لتعظيم الاستفادة للعائد التربوي من مشروعي الإيراسموس بكلية التربية، جامعة المنصورة المعنيين بمجال التربية الخاصة كأحد برامج الاتحاد الأوروبي، حيث استخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي لتحقيق هدفه، وتمثلت أدوات البحث في مقابلة مفتوحة مع أعضاء هيئة التدريس والهيئة المعاونة المشاركة في المشروعين، والتي بلغ عدد أعضائها (11) عضوا كعينة مقصودة، والأداة الثانية استبانة تم تطبيقها على عينة عشوائية من الطلاب المشاركين في الدورات التدريبية، حيث بلغت عينة الطلاب (88) طالبا وطالبة، وقد انتهى البحث بوضع مجموعة من المتطلبات اللازمة لتنفيذ التصور المقترح بناء على ما أظهرته الدراسة الميدانية من نتائج. The aim of the current research is to develop a proposed vision to maximize the benefit of the educational return from the Erasmus projects at the Faculty of Education - Mansoura University, who are concerned with the field of special education as one of the European Union programs. Where the research used the descriptive methods to achieve its goal, and the research tools were in an open interview with the members of the teaching staff and the assisting body participating in the two projects, which reached (11) members as a intended sample, and the second tool was a questionnaire applied to a random sample of students participating in the training courses, as the sample of students reached (88) male and female students, the research ended with a set of requirements for implementing the proposed concept based on the results of the field study.
