هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن درجة تطبيق الإدارة الإلكترونية في جامعة حفر الباطن وسبل تطويرها في ظل التحول إلى جامعة بلا ورق، من وجهة نظر أصحاب المراكز القيادية فيها، ومعرفة إن كان هناك فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (05.0 = α) في تقدير أفراد عينة الدراسة حول درجة تطبيق الإدارة الإلكترونية في جامعة حفر الباطن تعزى لمتغير (الجنس، مقر الكلية، سنوات الخبرة)، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم استخدام منهج البحث الوصفي التحليلي، حيث قامت الباحثة بإعداد استبانة مكونة من (36) فقرة، موزعة على (4) مجالات، تمثلت في مجال (التخطيط الإلكتروني، التنظيم الإلكتروني، التوجيه والقيادة الإلكترونية، التقويم والرقابة الإلكترونية)، بالإضافة إلى سؤال مفتوح في نهايتها يتعلق بسبل تطوير الإدارة الإلكترونية في جامعة حفر الباطن من وجهة نظر أصحاب المراكز القيادية فيها، وبعد التأكد من صدق الأداة وثباتها تم توزيعها على عينة عشوائية مكونة من (44) قائدا أكاديميا، بنسبة بلغت (50.57%) من مجتمع الدراسة والبالغ عددهم (87) قائدا، وبعد إجراء التحليلات الإحصائية المناسبة أظهرت نتائج الدراسة: أن درجة تطبيق الإدارة الإلكترونية في جامعة حفر الباطن من وجهة نظر أصحاب المراكز القيادية فيها جاءت بدرجة تقدير(متوسطة)، حيث جاء مجال التوجيه والقيادة الإلكترونية بالمرتبة الأولى، وبدرجة تقدير (متوسطة)، بينما جاء مجال التخطيط الإلكتروني بالمرتبة الأخيرة، وبدرجة تقدير (متوسطة)، كما أشارت النتائج إلى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (05.0 = α) في درجة تطبيق الإدارة الإلكترونية في جامعة حفر الباطن في جميع المجالات تعزى لأثر متغير(الجنس، مقر الكلية، سنوات الخبرة). This study aimed to disclose the degree of e-management implementation at the University of Hafr Al-Batin and ways to develop it in light of the transition to a paperless university, from the viewpoint of the holders of leadership positions in it, and to know if there were statistically significant differences at the (α = 0.05) level of significance in the estimates of the study sample individuals for the degree of e-management implementation at the University of Hafr Al-Batin due to the (gender, college headquarters, years of experience) variables. To achieve the study goals, the descriptive, analytical research approach was used, since the researcher prepared a questionnaire consisting of (36) paragraphs, distributed in (4) areas: (electronic planning, electronic organization, electronic guidance and leadership, electronic evaluation and monitoring), in addition to an open-ended question at the end of it is related to the ways of developing the electronic management at the University of Hafr Al-Batin from the viewpoint of the holders of leadership positions in it. After confirming the validity and reliability of the tool, the questionnaire was distributed to a random sample consisting of (44) academic leaders, at a rate of (50.57%) from the study population of (87) leaders. After conducting the appropriate statistical analyses, the results of the study showed that the degree of e-management implementation at the University of Hafr Al-Batin from the viewpoint of the holders of leadership positions in it came with a (moderate) degree of estimation, where the electronic guidance and leadership ranked first, with a (moderate) degree of estimation, while the field of electronic planning ranked the last, with a (moderate) degree of estimation, and the results also indicated that there were no statistically significant differences at the (α = 0.05) level of significance in the degree of e-management implementation at the University of Hafr Al-Batin in all areas due to the impact of the (gender, college headquarters, years of experience) variables.
