هدف البحث إلى التعرف على متطلبات تطبيق الجامعة الريادية في جامعة تعز، من خلال التعرف على مفهوم الجامعة الريادية، ومتطلبات تطبيقها. ولتحقيق أهداف البحث استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي باستخدام منهجية دُلفي المعدل وصُممت استبانة عرضت في جولتين على (12) خبيراً متخصصاً في مجال الإدارة واصول التربية لمعرفة متطلبات الجامعة الريادية. تكونت الاستبانة من (67) فقرة موزعة على سبعة مجالات (الثقافة الريادية، التوجه الاستراتيجي الريادي، القيادة الريادية، التمويل الموجه والمتنوع، التعليم الريادي، التحالفات الاستراتيجية، تكنولوجيا المعلومات). وكانت أهم نتائج البحث اتفاق الخبراء بدرجة موافقة عالية جداً على متطلبات الجامعة الريادية بمتوسط عام للأداة بلغ (4.95). The aim of the research is to identifying the requirements application of the Entrepreneurial University at Taiz University. By identifying the concept of Entrepreneurial University and its requirements application. To achieve the objectives of the research, the researcher used the descriptive curriculum by using the modified Delphi methodology, and a questionnaire was designed that was presented in two periods on (12) specialized experts in the domain of Administration and Educational Foundations to know the requirements of the Entrepreneurial University. The questionnaire consists of (67) items which distributed (7) domains; (Entrepreneurial Culture, Strategy Orientation, Entrepreneurial Leadership, Orientated and Various Finance, Entrepreneurial Education, Strategic Alliances, and Information Technology). The most important results of the research were the agreement of experts with a very high degree of approval of the requirements Entrepreneurial University with general mean for the tool reached (4.95).
