هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على دور مديري المدارس في بناء مجتمعات التعلم المهنية بسلطنة عمان من وجهة نظر مشرفي الإدارة المدرسية، واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي، كما استخدمت الاستبانة في جمع البيانات والمعلومات وتم تطبيقها على عينة مكونة من (57) مشرفاً إدارياً. وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن دور مديري المدارس في بناء مجتمعات التعلم المهنية بسلطنة عمان من وجهة نظر مشرفي الإدارة المدرسية جاء بدرجة كبيرة في محاور الدراسة ككل، كما كشفت النتائج عن عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في استجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة عند مستوى (0.05≥α) تعزي إلى متغيرات الجنس، وسنوات الخبرة والمؤهل العلمي. The present study aimed to identify the role of school principals in ' building professional learning communities in the Sultanate of Oman from the school administration supervisors’ viewpoint, study used a, descriptive method also used the questionnaire to collect data and information were applied to a sample of (57) School administration, supervisors'. The findings of the study showed that the role of school, principals in building professional learning communities in the Sultanate of Oman from the school administration supervisors' viewpoint was came high degree in all fields of study; results also showed that there were no significant differences at (α≤0.05) in the study variables which are gender, years of experience and academic level.
