هدف البحث إلى وضع تصور مقترح لتلبية الوظائف المتوقعة لسوق العمل من خلال تدويل التعليم الجامعي، ولتحقيق ذلك تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي، والذى اتضح استخدامه في التأصيل النظري لتدويل التعليم الجامعي، وتحديد طبيعة العلاقة بين التعليم الجامعي ومتطلبات سوق العمل، وعرض بعض المهارات والوظائف المهددة بالاندثار والمهارات والوظائف المتوقعة لسوق العمل، وتوصل البحث إلى عدد من المتطلبات وثيقة الصلة بمجالات أو استراتيجيات تدويل التعليم الجامعي (الحراك الأكاديمي الدولي، التعاون الأكاديمي الدولي، تدويل البرامج الأكاديمية) والتي من شأنها تلبية الوظائف المتوقعة لسوق العمل. This research aimed to put a proposal to meet the expected jobs of the labor market through the internationalization of the university education. To achieve this aim, the descriptive approach was used, which was evidently used in the theoretical rooting of the internationalization of the university education, determining the nature of the relationship between the university education and the requirements of the labor market, and presenting some skills, jobs that are threatened with extinction and some skills and jobs that are expected for the labor market. This research reached a number of requirements closely related to the fields or strategies of internationalization of the university education) international academic mobility, international academic cooperation, internationalization of academic programs) that could meet the expected jobs of the labor market.
