تناولت هذه الدراسة أساس العلاقات الزوجية وهي نظر الخاطب إلى مخطوبته من الناحية الشرعية ونظر كل واحد منهم إلى الآخر. من حديث جابر بن عبد الله رضي الله عنه، قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم "إذا خطب أحدكم المرأة فإن استطاع أن ينظر إلى ما يدعوه إلى نكاحها فليفعل". فبيت الدراسة حكم النظر إلى المخطوبة من الناحية الشرعية وتناولت جانب مهم من الدراسة وهو استبيان وزع على طلبة وطالبات كلية التربية في جامعة عدن، ومن خلال هذا الاستبيان تبينت لنا نتائج مهمة من آراء طلبة والطالبات العينة والتفريط في النظر إلى المخطوبة بين مبالغ في إمعان النظر إلى المخطوبة وبين محافظ في النظر إليها بطريقة شرعية هذا جانب الطلاب، لكن الطالبات كن أكثر جراءة بالسماح للخاطب بالنظر إلى المخطوبة بأكثر مما سمح به الجانب الشرعي. In this study we discuss the basic matrimonial relationship between engaged man and his engaged women from Islamic legal and look to each other before married. From Hadith (sayings of) JABER BIN ABDULLAH (Allah be pleased with him) our prophet Muhammed (PBUH) said When one of you asked a woman in marriage, if he is able to look at what will induce him to marry her, he should do so. The study take the rule of look to the engaged women from side of Islamic rule and the study discuss the important thing we take the Questionnaire from students of Faculty of Education in Aden University and from this Questionnaire we got the important result from students Opinion between Excessive and extreme excessive for look in engage some are overtake from looking and others are tough for look to engage woman this Opinion from students boy and the Opinion form students girl they are most spunk to allow the engage man to look in engage more than allowed in Islamic legal side.
