هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على "معوقات تطبيق الجودة الشاملة في التعليم العام السعودي". وقد تكون مجتمع الدراسة من عينة عشوائية من المشرفين التربويين المشاركين في دورة الإشراف التربوي بالجامعات السعودية للعام الدراسي 35-1436هـ وقد بلغ عددهم (41) مشرفاً تربوياً، حيث طبقت عليهم استبانة مكونة من (26) عبارة مقسمة على محورين الأول خاص بالمعوقات الإدارية، والثاني خاص بالمعوقات الفنية، وتم التحقق من صدق الاستبانة وثباتها بالطرق الإحصائية المناسبة. وفي ضوء النتائج تم التوصل إلى مجموعة من التوصيات. The study aimed to identify the "obstacles to the overall quality of public education in the Saudi application", may be a community study of a random sample of the supervisors involved in the educational supervision cycle Saudi universities for the academic year 35-1436h were numbered (41) educational supervisors, where they applied a questionnaire composed of (26) phrases are divided into two axes: the first was for administrative obstacles, and the second was for technical obstacles. It has been verified of the questionnaire authenticity and stability over an appropriate educational statistic. However, Through the results, set of recommendations have been reached.
