AU - الأبيض، ناصر بن محمد AB - هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على "معوقات تطبيق الجودة الشاملة في التعليم العام السعودي". وقد تكون مجتمع الدراسة من عينة عشوائية من المشرفين التربويين المشاركين في دورة الإشراف التربوي بالجامعات السعودية للعام الدراسي 35-1436هـ وقد بلغ عددهم (41) مشرفاً تربوياً، حيث طبقت عليهم استبانة مكونة من (26) عبارة مقسمة على محورين الأول خاص بالمعوقات الإدارية، والثاني خاص بالمعوقات الفنية، وتم التحقق من صدق الاستبانة وثباتها بالطرق الإحصائية المناسبة. وفي ضوء النتائج تم التوصل إلى مجموعة من التوصيات.
