هدفت الدراسة تعرف مستوى صعوبات تعليم المهارات اللغوية التي تواجه معلمات الصفوف الثلاثة الأولى في مدارس جرش تبعاً لمتغير المؤهل العلمي والخبرة. تكونت عينة الدراسة من (127) معلماً ومعلمة من معلمي المرحلة الأساسية الدنيا تم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة، تم استخدام استبانة صعوبات تعليم المهارات اللغوية. أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن مستوى الصعوبات التي تواجه معلمات معلمات الصفوف الثلاثة الأولى في محافظة جرش عند تعليم مهارات اللغة كانت متوسطة. وبينت نتائج الدراسة وجود فروق في مستوى الصعوبات التي تواجه معلمات الصفوف الثلاثة الأولى في محافظة جرش عند تعليم المهارات اللغوية تبعاً لمتغير المؤهل العلمي، لصالح الباكالوريوس، وتبعاً لمتغير الخبرة، لصالح أقل من 10 سنوات. وفي ضوء نتائج الدراسة تم تقديم مجموعة من التوصيات تشتمل تصميم برامج تدريبية تستهدف رفع مستوى معلمات الصفوف الثلاثة الأولى في تعليم المهارات اللغوية على اختلافها باعتبار أن هذه المرحلة من المراحل المهمة في الحياة الأكاديمية للطلبة في الوقت الحالي ومستقبلاً والعمل على استهداف بعض المهارات التدريسية خاصة تلك المتعلقة بالقراءة نظراً لأن المعلمات المشاركات قد أشرن إلى انها الأكثر صعوبةً بالنسبة إليهن. This study aimed to identify the difficulties level of teaching the language skills facing first three grades teachers at Jerash schools according to qualification and experience. The study sample consisted of (127) first three grades teachers selected using simple random sampling method. To achieve the study objectives, a questionnaire of the difficulties of teaching the language skills was used. The study showed that the difficulties level of teaching the language skills facing first three grades teachers in Jerash schools level was moderate. The results revealed statistically significant differences in the difficulties level of teaching the language skills facing first three grades teachers due to qualification, in favor of bachelor and due to experience, in favor of less than 10 years. In light of the results some recommendations were provided, including design the training programs to raising the level of teachers of the first three grades in teaching different language skills, considering that this stage is one of the most important stages in the academic life of students at present and in the future, and working on addressing some teaching skills, especially those related to reading skill due to the fact the participating teachers indicated that it is the most difficult for them.
