هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على أثر توطين المهن التعليمية في المدارس الأهلية بالمملكة العربية السعودية، والكشف عن معوقات توطين المهن التعليمية بهذه المدارس، وكيفية التغلب على هذه المعوقات حتى تحقق سياسة التوطين أهدافها وتنفيذ رؤية المملكة 2030، وفي سبيل تحقيق هذه الأهداف تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وبتصميم استبانة مكونة من (28) مفردة لجمع البيانات من أفراد عينة الدراسة البالغ عددهم (379) فرداً من رجال التعليم الأهلي، وقد توصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى أنه رغم وجود آثار إيجابية لتوطين الوظائف التعليمية على المجتمع السعودي من الناحيتين الاقتصادية والاجتماعية إلا أنه ما تزال هناك عقبات تحول دون تحقيق أهداف عملية التوطين بصورة كاملة في التعليم الأهلي بالمملكة العربية السعودية، وأوصت الدراسة بقيام الدولة بعدد من الإجراءات التنفيذية الملزمة للمدارس الأهلية بتوطين المهن التعليمية بها والتي من بينها تحديد حد أدنى لرواتب المعلمين، وتطبيق نظام للترقيات والحوافز والمكافآت مماثل لما هو معمول به في التعليم الحكومي. The study aimed to identify the impact of the localization of educational professions in private schools in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and to reveal the obstacles to the localization of educational professions in these schools, and how to overcome these obstacles so that the nationalization policy achieves its goals and implements the vision of the Kingdom 2030. In order to achieve these goals, the descriptive analytical approach was used. And by designing a questionnaire consisting of (28) items to collect data from the study sample of (379) individuals from private education men, the results of the study concluded that despite the positive effects of settling educational jobs on the Saudi society in terms of economic and social terms, it is still There are obstacles that prevent the full realization of the goals of the Saudization process in private education in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the study recommended that the state implement a number of executive measures that are binding on private schools to resettle. The educational professions in it, which include setting a minimum salary for teachers, and implementing a system of promotions, incentives and rewards similar to what is in place in public education.
