هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة مستوى تطبيق الإدارة الإلكترونية ودرجة ممارسة الفساد الإداري في المدارس الثانوية بمنطقة القصيم من وجهة نظر المعلمات، وإذا ما كانت هناك فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى تطبيق الإدارة الإلكترونية ودرجة ممارسة الفساد الإداري في المدارس الثانوية بمنطقة القصيم تعزى لمتغيرات (التخصص، المؤهل العلمي، سنوات الخبرة، الدورات التدريبية، مكان المدرسة) من وجهة نظر المعلمات، ومعرفة طبيعة العلاقة بين تطبيق الإدارة الإلكترونية والحد من الفساد الإداري في المدارس الثانوية من وجهة نظر المعلمات بمنطقة القصيم في المملكة العربية السعودية، واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي، واعتمدت الاستبانة كأداةً للدراسة، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (363) معلمة من معلمات المرحلة الثانوية بمنطقة القصيم في مدينة بريدة ومحافظتي عنيزة والبدائع، اُختيرت بطريقة عشوائية. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى نتائج، ومن أهمها: أن مستوى تطبيق الإدارة الإلكترونية في المدارس الثانوية بمنطقة القصيم من وجهة نظر المعلمات متحقق بدرجة متوسطة، وكشفت النتائج أن مستوى ممارسة الفساد الإداري في المدارس الثانوية بمنطقة القصيم من وجهة نظر المعلمات متحقق بدرجة ضعيفة، وأظهرت النتائج أنه توجد علاقات سالبة دالة إحصائياً بين تطبيق الإدارة الإلكترونية ودرجة ممارسة الفساد الإداري في المدارس الثانوية من وجهة نظر المعلمات بمنطقة القصيم في المملكة العربية السعودية. وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة الاهتمام بوضع استراتيجية شاملة على مستوى الأجهزة الإدارية بالمدارس من أجل تطبيق الإدارة الإلكترونية بشكل فعال، والعمل على تحسين البنية التحتية وإعدادها بما يتوافق مع متطلبات الإدارة الإلكترونية الناجحة، وتخصيص ميزانية مناسبة من أجل متطلبات تطبيق الإدارة الإلكترونية في المدرسة. This study aimed to identify the level of electronic administration and the degree of administrative corruption in secondary schools in Qassim region from the teachers’ viewpoints. Furthermore, the study sought to identify whether there are statistically significant differences in the level of electronic administration application and the degree of administrative corruption in secondary schools in Qassim region due to the variables of (specialization, academic qualification, years of experience, training courses, school location) from the teachers’ points of view. The study aimed also to detect the nature of the relationship between the application of electronic administration and the administrative corruption reduction at the secondary schools in Qassim region from the teachers’ point of view. The study used the relational descriptive approach and adopted a questionnaire as an instrument for collecting the study data. The study sample consisted of (363) female secondary school teachers who were chosen randomly in Qassim region in Buraidah city and the governorates of Onaizah and Al Bada'a. The study results revealed that the level of application of electronic administration in secondary schools in Qassim region, from the teachers’ points of view is achieved with a medium degree, and the results revealed that the level of administrative corruption in secondary schools in Qassim region from the teachers’ points of view is poorly achieved. The results also showed that there is negative statistically significant correlation at the 0.01level between the application of electronic administration and the degree of administrative corruption in secondary schools in Qassim region from the teachers’ points of view. The negative relationship here confirms that the application of electronic administration contributes to reducing administrative corruption. The study recommended paying attention to developing a comprehensive strategy at the level of school administrative structures in order to implement electronic management effectively, and to work on improving and preparing the infrastructure in line with the requirements of successful electronic management and allocating an appropriate budget for the requirements of applying electronic management at schools.
