هدفت الدراسة إلى رصد الجهور التي قامت بها جامعة الأزهر في مجال تطبيق التعليم الإلكتروني بها للتعاطي مع أزمة كورونا (COVID 19)، واستخدمت الدراسة الحالية المنهج النقدي التحليلي ومدخل تحليل النظم باعتباره المدخل المناسب لتحقيق أهدافها البحثية، وطبقت أدوات الدراسة على عينة من أعضاء هيئة التدريس بجامعة الأزهر قوامها (539) عضواً من مختلف الكليات بجامعة الأزهر. وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة الميدانية عن وجود تباين بين استجابات أفراد العينة حول محاور الاستبانة الخمسة بشأن تطبيق التعليم الإلكتروني بكليات جامعة الأزهر للتعاطي مع تداعيات أزمة كورونا حيث بلغ متوسط مجموع استجابات أفراد العينة حول مفردات الاستبانة ومحاورها نحو (18.04) وبلغ متوسط الانحرافات المعيارية يبلغ (3.47)، وفروق الدلالة (ف) بلغت نحو (132.20) وهو ما يعني وجود فروق كبيرة في مستوى الدلالة بين استجابات أفراد العينة حول مفردات الاستبانة ومحاورها، وهذا يظهر قلة رضا أعضاء هيئة التدريس بجامعة الأزهر على اختلاف تخصصاتهم ونوعيات كلياتهم عن مستوى أداء التعليم الإلكتروني بجامعتهم، في التعاطي مع تداعيات الأزمة، وهذا يدل على أن الجامعة لم تستفد من خبراتها السابقة في مجال التعليم الإلكتروني في التعاطي مع أزمة كورونا (COVID 19). The study aimed to monitor the efforts conducted by Al-Azhar University in the field of e-learning application to deal with the Corona virus (COVID 19) crisis. The current study used the analytical critical approach and the systems analysis approach as the appropriate approaches to achieve the research goals. The research tools were administered to a sample consisting of the faculty members at Al-Azhar University (totaling 539) members from various practical and theoretical faculties at Al-Azhar University. The results of the field study revealed that there was a discrepancy between the responses of the sample members in terms of the five dimensions of the questionnaire regarding the application of e-learning at the faculties of Al-Azhar University to deal with the repercussions of the Corona crisis as the mean total of the responses of the sample members about the questionnaire's items and dimensions was about (18.04) and the mean standard deviations reached (3.47). The mean of the significant differences (P) amounted about (132.20), which means that there were clear differences in the level of significance between the responses of the sample members about the items of the questionnaire and its dimensions. This showed the lack of satisfaction of faculty members at Al-Azhar University, regardless of their specializations and types of faculties, with the level of e-learning performance in their university, in dealing with the repercussions of the Corona crisis (COVID 19), and indicated that the university did not benefit from its previous experiences in the field of e-learning in dealing with the crisis.
