هدف البحث إلى تقييم جودة الأداء التدريسي في جامعة الإمام محمد بن سعود الإسلامية في ضوء معايير المركز الوطني للتقويم والاعتماد الأكاديمي. واتُّبع البحث المنهج الوصفي المسحي، وأُعدَّت استبانة لاستطلاع آراء الأعضاء حول مستوى أدائهم، ومن ثم تطبيقها على عينة البحث المتمثلة في (460) عضواً من أعضاء هيئة التدريس في الفصل الدراسي الثاني من العام الدراسي 1439/1440هـ، وقد توصل البحث إلى أنَّ مستوى الأداء التدريسي في جامعة الإمام محمد بن سعود الإسلامية في ضوء معايير جودة الأداء التدريسي بشكل عام كان مرتفعاً، حيث بلغ المتوسط العام للاستبانة ككل (2.52)، فيما كان مستوى الأداء التدريسي في مجال تخطيط التدريس متوسطاً بمتوسط (2.21)، ومرتفعاً في مجالي تنفيذ التدريس وتقويم التدريس وتطويره بمتوسطين حسابيين بلغا (2.74) و(2.56) على التوالي. كما كشفت نتائج البحث عن وجود فرق دال إحصائياً بين متوسطيّ استجابات عينة الدراسة من الذكور والإناث في محور التخطيط للتدريس لصالح الذكور، فيما لم يكن هنالك فرق دال إحصائياً بين المتوسطين في محوري تنفيذ التدريس وتقويم التدريس وفي الاستبانة ككل، كذلك أظهرت نتائج البحث وجود فرق ذا دلالة إحصائية يعزى لمتغير الرتبة في درجة موافقة أفراد العينة على الاستبانة ككل لصالح أستاذ مساعد وأستاذ مشارك وأستاذ، وكذلك وجود فرق دال احصائياً بين رتبة أستاذ مساعد وأستاذ لصالح أستاذ. The present research sought to assess the quality of teaching performance at Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University in the light of the standards of the National Center for Academic Accreditation and Assessment. The research adopted the descriptive survey method and a questionnaire was prepared to survey the faculty members’ opinions concerning their level of performance and it was completed by the research sample (totaling 460) members during the second semester of the academic year 1439/1440 AH. The research revealed that the level of teaching performance at Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University in the light of the standards of the quality of teaching performance in general was high as the overall mean of the questionnaire was (2.52). However, the level of teaching performance in the field of teaching planning was average (2.21), and it was high in the fields of teaching implementation, evaluation and development as the mathematical means reached (2.74) and (2.56) respectively. The results of the research revealed that there is a statistically significant difference between the mean responses of the males and females of the study sample in the dimension of planning teaching in favor of males. Furthermore, there was no statistically significant difference between the two means in the dimensions of teaching implementation and evaluation as well as in the questionnaire as a whole. The results of the research showed that there is a statistically significant difference attributed to the rank variable in the degree of respondents’ approval to the questionnaire as a whole in favor of the assistant professor, associate professor and professor respectively. Added to that, There was a statistically significant difference attributed to the rank variable in the degree of the sample's approval of the questionnaire as a whole in favor of the assistant professors, an associate professor, and a professor as well as the existence of a statistically significant difference between the rank of assistant professor and professor in favor of a professor.
