هدفت الدراسة إلى تحديد الأسس التربوية المناسبة للممارسة التدريسية التأملية من وجهة نظر عينة من خبراء التربية والتعليم، وتم توظيف المنهج الوصفي التحليلي للوصول إلى النتائج من خلال أداة المقابلة البؤرية المركزة، وتمثلت عينة الدراسة في ستة (6) من الخبراء، وتوصلت النتائج إلى أربعين أساساً تربوياً موزعة على أربعة محاور تتمثل في الأسس المتعلقة بفكر المعلم وقناعاته، والأسس المتعلقة بالسياق الاجتماعي والثقافي، والأسس المتعلقة بالأداء المهني للمعلم، والأسس المتعلقة بإدارة بيئة التعلم، وانتهت الدراسة إلى جملة من التوصيات الإجرائية التي من شأنها توظيف الأسس الواردة في نتائج الدراسة وتفعيلها لتحسين الممارسة التدريسية التأملية ومنها: إدراج مفاهيم وعناصر الأسس التربوية الملائمة للممارسة التدريسية التأملية ضمن مفردات مقررات إعداد المعلم في جميع الكليات المعنية، وصياغة خطة علمية واضحة لتنفيذ مهارات الممارسات التدريسية التأملية لدى طلبة كليات التربية الخريجين من خلال التربية العملية، وتوجيه برنامج التطوير النوعي (خبرات) نحو الدول التي تهتم بالتوجه نحو الممارسة التدريسية التأملية، وذلك بعد تنفيذ مسح علمي شامل للنظم التعليمية في تلك الدول. وأخيراً تضمين الأولويات البحثية في وزارة التعليم وقطاعاتها ذات العلاقة لموضوع الممارسة التدريسية التأملية والأسس التي تقوم عليها، مع تشجيع الباحثين على دراسة التجارب الدولية الرائدة في هذا المجال. The study aimed to formulate pedagogical bases suitable for reflective teaching practice from the viewpoints of a sample of education experts. The descriptive analytical method was used to reach the results through the focus focal interview tool. The study sample consisted of six experts, and the results reached forty bases distributed over four dimensions which are the foundations relating to the teacher's thinking and convictions, the foundations related to the social and cultural context, the foundations related to the professional performance of the teacher, and the foundations related to the management of the learning environment. The study concluded to a number of procedural recommendations that would be in the foundations contained in the results of the study and activated to improve the reflective teaching practice, including: inclusion of the concepts and elements of educational foundations appropriate for reflective teaching practice within the vocabulary of teacher preparation courses in all concerned colleges, and formulate a clear scientific plan to implement the skills of reflective teaching practices among students of colleges of education graduates through practical education and directing the qualitative development program (experiences) towards the countries that are interested in moving towards reflective teaching practice, after the implementation of a comprehensive scientific survey of the educational systems in those countries. Finally, the study recommended including research priorities in the Ministry of Education and its relevant sectors to reflective teaching practice and its foundations. The study also suggested encouraging researchers to study leading international experiences in this area. (Published abstract)
