هدف البحث إلى دراسة دور حاضنات الأعمال كآلية لدعم الاقتصاد الإبداعي في تمكين الشباب، وكذلك دراسة الفروق في كل من دور حاضنات الأعمال كآلية لدعم الاقتصاد الإبداعي وتمكين الشباب تبعاً لمغيرات (الحاضنة، النوع، الفئة العمرية، المستوى التعليمي). وتمثلت أدوات البحث في استمارة البيانات العامة، إستبيان دور حاضنات الأعمال كآلية لدعم الاقتصاد الإبداعي، إستبيان تمكين الشباب. وتم تطبيق البحث على (42) من الشباب المستفيدين من حاضنات الأعمال محل الدراسة. ولقد تم اختيارهم بطريقة صدفية غرضية. واتبع البحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. وكان من أهم النتائج: وجدت علاقة ارتباطية موجبة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين دور حاضنات الأعمال كآلية لدعم الاقتصاد الإبداعي وتمكين الشباب عند مستوى معنوية 0.01، كما وجد تأثير دال إحصائياً لمرحلة النضج والتخرج من الحاضنة على تمكين الشباب وجميع مراحل بناء التمكين عند مستوى معنوية 0.001، ومن توصيات البحث: تفعيل دور الحاضنات كآلية لدعم الاقتصاد الإبداعي في احتضان المشاريع الريادية والابتكارية بما يسهم في تحقيق تمكين الشباب. The objective of this study was to study the role of business incubators as a mechanism to support the creative economy in youth empowerment, studying the differences in both of the role of business incubators as a mechanism to support the creative economy and youth empowerment according to: the type incubators, sex, age, and educational level. The study tools included: the general data form, questionnaire of the role of business incubators as a mechanism to support the creative economy, questionnaire of youth empowerment. The research was applied to a sample of (42) of the youth benefiting from the business incubators. The research followed the analytical descriptive method. The most important result revealed that there was a statistically significant correlation at 0.01 between the role of business incubators as a mechanism to support the creative economy in youth empowerment; there was a statistically significant effect at 0.001 of maturity and graduation from the incubator on youth empowerment and all stages of achieving of empowerment. The research recommended activating the role of incubators as a mechanism to support the creative economy in embracing entrepreneurial and innovative projects to achieve youth empowerment.
