هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على مدى تطبيق الإدارة الإلكترونية في جامعة إب من خلال معرفة المتطلبات والمعوقات. ولتحقيق هذا الهدف، استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي، واستبيان مكون من(93) فقرة، وسبعة مجالات هي المجال: (الإداري، التقني، الموارد البشرية، الموارد المالية، الموارد المادية، أمن المعلومات، التشريعي). وبعد التأكد من صحتها، تم تطبيقها على 24 عينة موزعة بين القيادة الإدارية والإدارية لجامعة إب. وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى ضرورة تطبيق الإدارة الإلكترونية في الجامعة، حيث كان مدى تواجد المتطلبات الخاصة بالإدارة الإلكترونية ضعيفاً، وفي ضوء ذلك قدم البحث العديد من التوصيات والمقترحات. The study aimed to identify the extent of applying electronic management at Ibb University by knowing the requirements and obstacles. To achieve this goal, the researcher used the descriptive approach, and a questionnaire consisting of 93 items, in seven fields: (administrative, technical, human resources, financial resources, material resources, information security, legislative). After verifying its validity, it was applied on 24 samples distributed between the administrative leadership of Ibb University. The study concluded the necessity of applying electronic management at the university, as the presence of requirements for electronic management was weak. (Published Abstract)
