هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على درجة ممارسة المسؤولين عن الإشراف التربوي المُتمركز على المدرسة لأدوارهم الإشرافية في محافظة شمال الشرقية بسلطنة عمان، واتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي، كما استخدمت الاستبانة في جمع البيانات والمعلومات وتم تطبيقها على عينة مكونة من (160) معلماً ومعلمة. وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن درجة ممارسة المسؤولين عن الإشراف التربوي المُتمركز على المدرسة لأدوارهم الإشرافية في محافظة شمال الشرقية بسلطنة عمان جاءت عالية بصورة إجمالية، كما جاءت عالية أيضاً في جميع مجالات الدراسة وهي: أدوار مدير المدرسة، ومساعده، والمعلمين الأوائل، والمعلمين. كما كشفت النتائج عن عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في استجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة عند مستوى (α ≤ 0.05) تُعزى إلى متغيري المؤهل العلمي، وسنوات الخبرة، ولكن وجدت هذه الفروق في متغيري الجنس ولصالح عينة الإناث، والمسمى الوظيفي ولصالح عينة معلمين. The present study aimed to identify the degree of practice of those responsible for School-Based educational supervision for their supervisory roles in North Al Sharqiyah Governorate, Sultanate of Oman, study used a descriptive method, also used the questionnaire to collect data and information were applied to a sample of (160) teachers. The results of the study reached that the degree of practice of those responsible for school-based educational supervision for their supervisory roles in North Al Sharqiyah Governorate, Sultanate of Oman came generally high degree; They also came high degree of all fields: The roles of the principal, assistant, Senior teachers, and teachers. Results also showed that there were no significant differences at (α ≤ 0.05) in the study variables which are academic level, years of experience. However, these differences were found in the variables of sex and in favor of the female sample, the job title and in favor of a sample of teachers. (Published abstract)
