هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى استقصاء اتجاهات طلبة المدارس الثانوية الأردنية نحو الواجبات المدرسية في مادة الرياضيات خلال التعلم عن بعد في أزمة فيروس كورونا، استخدمت الباحثة النهج الوصفي التحليلي. تكونت عينة الدراسة من ثلاثمائة وخمسون (350) طالب وطالبة من طلبة الصف الأول ثانوي، وتم اختيارها من ثلاث مدارس ثانوية حكومية للذكور، وثلاث مدارس ثانوية حكومية للإناث، وتم اختيار هذه المدارس الست بشكل قصدي في عمان، وتوزيع استبيان من إعداد الباحثة على أفراد العينة بشكل إلكتروني، واسترجاع ثلاثمائة وواحد وأربعون (341) استمارة صالحة للتحليل من استمارات الاستبيان، وتتمثل نسبة الاسترداد بـ 97.42%، وتم توظيف برنامج SPSS للتحليل الإحصائي، مع العمل على استخدام أساليب إحصائية وصفية لمعرفة اتجاهات العينة. وتم التوصل إلى أن اتجاهات طلبة المدارس الثانوية الأردنية نحو الواجبات المدرسية في مادة الرياضيات خلال أزمة فيروس كورونا تعد إيجابية، وأن الواجبات المدرسية في مادة الرياضيات تسهم في زيادة حس المسؤولية لدى الطلبة، وتسهم كذلك في تحسين كل من تحصيل الطلبة في مادة الرياضيات، ومهارات إدارة الوقت لدى الطلبة، ومهاراتهم في حل المشكلات وتمكينهم من معرفة نقاط ضعفهم في مادة الرياضيات. The present study investigated the Jordanian secondary school students' attitude towards homework in the math course during the Coronavirus crisis. A descriptive analytical approach was adopted. The researcher reviewed the relevant literature to design a questionnaire by herself. The validity and reliability of the questionnaire were checked. The population involves all the Jordanian secondary school students. A purposive sample was chosen from the population. It consists from 350 female and male 11th grade students. Those students were chosen from three public secondary schools for boys and three public secondary schools for girls. Those schools are located in Amman. They were chosen through the purposive sampling method in Amman. The forms of the questionnaire were passed to the members of the sample in an electronic manner. 341 valid forms were retrieved. The response rate is 97.42%. SPSS software was used. Descriptive statistical methods were used to explore the attitudes of respondents and identify the respondents' distribution in accordance with gender. Several results were reached. For instance, the Jordanian secondary school students' attitude towards homework in the math course during the Coronavirus crisis are positive. Using homework in the math course contributes to promoting a sense of responsibility, raising achievement in this course, and improving time management skills. It contributes to developing students' mathematical problem solving skills. It enables students to identify their weaknesses in the math course. (Published abstract)
