هدف هذا البحث إعداد برنامج قائم على علم اللغة الاجتماعي، وقياس فاعليته في تنمية مهارات التفاوض والحس اللغوي لدى طلاب الفرقة الرابعة، شعبة اللغة العربية بكلية التربية. ولتحقيق هدف هذا البحث أعدَّ الباحثان قائمتين: إحداهما بمهارات التفاوض، والأخرى بمهارات الحس اللغوي، كما أعدَّا اختباراً لقياس مهارات التفاوض الفكرية، وبطاقة ملاحظة لقياس مهارات التفاوض اللغوية، إضافة إلى اختبار لقياس مهارات الحس اللغوي، وبرنامج قائم على علم اللغة الاجتماعي. وقد تم تطبيق أدوات البحث على مجموعة بحثية مكونة من خمسة وثلاثين طالباً وطالبة، من طلبة الفرقة الرابعة، شعبة اللغة العربية بكلية التربية، حيث تم تطبيق الأدوات تطبيقاً قبلياً وبعدياً للتحقق من فاعلية البرنامج، وأشارت نتائج البحث إلى وجود فرق ذي دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطي درجات الطلاب في التطبيقين القبلي والبعدي في اختبار مهارات التفاوض لصالح التطبيق البعدي، وكذلك في بطاقة ملاحظة مهارات التفاوض اللغوية، إضافة إلى وجود فرق ذي دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطي درجات الطلاب في التطبيقين القبلي والبعدي لاختبار مهارات الحس اللغوي لصالح التطبيق البعدي. وأوصى الباحثان، في ضوء النتائج التي تم التوصل إليها في هذا البحث، بإعداد برامج وإستراتيجيات متنوعة في ضوء علم اللغة الاجتماعي لتنمية الفنون اللغوية، وبخاصة فني الاستماع والتحدث، والاهتمام بتعليم الفنون اللغوية في سياق اجتماعي تواصلي، كما يوصيان بتنمية مهارات التفاوض في كل المراحل التعليمية، وإعداد إطار معياري بمهارات الحس اللغوي المناسبة لكل مرحلة تعليمية. The aim of this research was to build a program in linguistic issues based on sociolinguistics, and to measure its effectiveness in developing negotiation skills and linguistic sense among students of the Faculty of Education, Arabic Language section. To achieve the goal of this research, the researchers prepared two lists: one for the negotiation skills, and the other for the linguistic sense skills. They also prepared a test to measure intellectual negotiation skills, and an observation sheet to measure language negotiation skills, in addition to a test to measure language sense skills, as well as building a program in linguistic issues based on sociolinguistics .The research tools were applied to the research group consisting of thirty-five male and female fourth year students of the Arabic language section, at Faculty of Education. These tools were applied before and after the treatment to investigate the effectiveness of the program. The results of the research indicated that there was a statistically significant difference between the mean scores of the students in the pre and post applications of the negotiation skills test in favor of the post application, as well as in the negotiation skills observation sheet. In addition, there was a statistically significant difference between the mean scores of the students in the pre and post applications of the linguistics sense skills test in favor of the post application .In light of the results obtained in this research, the two researchers recommended preparing and building various programs and strategies in light of sociolinguistics for developing linguistic arts, especially the art of listening and speaking, and paying attention to teaching linguistic arts in a communicative social context, in addition to the need to pay attention to developing negotiation skills at all the educational stages, and preparing a standard framework with the appropriate language sense skills for each educational stage.
