E-learning competencies for secondary school physics teachers in Madaba governorate from the point of view of teachers and educational supervisors [Article]
This study aimed to identify the level of e-learning competencies among secondary school physics teachers in Madaba governorate from the point of view of teachers and educational supervisors, and the descriptive approach was followed. The study tool was represented by a two-part questionnaire. The first part included demographic data: gender, experience, and scientific level. The second part included e-learning competencies for physics teachers, and its stability was confirmed by calculating Cronbach's alpha coefficient, and its value was (0.944), and it was calculated The internal validity coefficient was (0.972), and the results showed that the level of electronic competencies for physics teachers in Madaba Governorate is medium to high, and the results showed that there were no statistically significant differences in the degree of availability of competencies due to the variable gender, experience, and scientific level. The study recommended a set of recommendations, the most important of which are: The necessity of activating education strategies that rely more on educational technology due to the availability of electronic competencies for teachers.
