This study aimed to identify the difficulties facing the Jordanian family in using e-learning from the teachers' point of view in Jerash Governorate. And to identify the significance of the differences in the perceptions of school teachers and educational supervisors in the difficulties facing the Jordanian family in using e-learning according to the variable of gender or experience. The study sample consisted of (124) male and female teachers, supervisors and supervisors in government schools affiliated to the Jerash Education Directorate, and the study tool was represented by a questionnaire that consisted of (25) items distributed over four areas (administrative and organizational obstacles, infrastructure obstacles, financial support obstacles, human obstacles). The results showed that the obstacles to the application of electronic management in government schools were high, as the level of administrative and organizational obstacles, infrastructure obstacles, financial support obstacles, and human obstacles, were high from the point of view of the study sample. And the human obstacles of school principals are attributed to the factor of experience. The results also showed that there were no significant differences with statistical significance in the administrative and organizational obstacles, infrastructure obstacles, financial support obstacles, and human obstacles due to the variable of educational qualification. The study recommended a set of recommendations, the most important of which are providing electronic management training courses for school principals and workers in the coordination units, and developing the interest of the principals of public schools in Jerash to invest Internet sites for research and exploration.
