هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تعرف اثر تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات على أداء مدراء المدارس في لواء الموقر. وقد تكونت عينة الدراسة من (64) مدير ومديرة، ولجمع البيانات تم تطوير استبانة للتعرف إلى أثر تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات على أداء مدراء المدارس في لواء الموقر، وتم التأكد من صدقها وثباتها، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى: انخفاض أثر تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات على أداء مدراء المدارس في لواء الموقر في مجال قواعد البيانات، البرامج، ودرجة متوسطة لبعد شبكات الإتصال. كما أظهرت النتائج إلى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (α=0.05) في درجة اثر تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات على أداء مدراء المدارس في لواء الموقر، باختالف الجنس، المؤهل العلمي. The paper aimed at This study aimed to identify the impact of information and communication technology on the performance of school principals in the Muwaqar district. The study sample consisted of (64) principals, and to collect data, a questionnaire was developed to identify the impact of information and communication technology on the performance of school principals in the Muwaqar district. In the distinguished brigade in the field of databases, programs, and a medium degree in the dimension of communication networks. The results also showed that there were no statistically significant differences at the significance level (α = 0.05) in the degree of impact of information and communication technology on the performance of school principals in the Muwaqar district, according to gender, educational qualification.
