AU - أبو يحيى، أمل زعل أحمد AB - هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تعرف اثر تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات على أداء مدراء المدارس في لواء الموقر. وقد تكونت عينة الدراسة من (64) مدير ومديرة، ولجمع البيانات تم تطوير استبانة للتعرف إلى أثر تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات على أداء مدراء المدارس في لواء الموقر، وتم التأكد من صدقها وثباتها، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى: انخفاض أثر تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات على أداء مدراء المدارس في لواء الموقر في مجال قواعد البيانات، البرامج، ودرجة متوسطة لبعد شبكات الإتصال. كما أظهرت النتائج إلى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (α=0.05) في درجة اثر تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات على أداء مدراء المدارس في لواء الموقر، باختالف الجنس، المؤهل العلمي.
