تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى المعوقات التي يواجهها خريجوا تخصصات الهندسة أثناء بحثهم عن العمل، وذلك عبر سيرورة الإدماج السوسيومهني التي تتداخل فيها عوامل متعددة منها ما يتعلق بالتنشءة الاجتماعية، والتكوين، وسياسات التشغيل، الاستراتيجيات الفردية. وذلك من خلال تحقيق كيفي اعتماداً على مقابلات أجريت مع مجموعة من الشباب خريجي تخصصات الهندسة العاطلين عن العمل بولاية وهران، حيث كشفت لنا الدراسة أنّ مختلف السيرورات التي يمر بها هؤلاء الشباب تشير إلى ضعف عوامل واستراتيجيات الإدماج السوسيو مهني الناجح. In this paper, we refer to the obstacles that engineers face during their search for work, through the insertion process in which multiple factors overlap, including those related to socialization, training, employment strategy, and individual strategies. This was done through a qualitative investigation based on interviews conducted with a group of unemployed young engineering graduates in the city of Oran. The study revealed to us that the different processes experienced by young unemployed people indicate the ineffectiveness of the factors and strategies of successful socioprofessional insertion.
