يتناول البحث التخطيط لإنشاء مدرسة افتراضية لتعليم الكبار ويهدف إلى التخطيط لمشروع المدرسة الافتراضية المقترحة باستخدام أسلوب P E. R T، بحيث يتم تنفيذ المشروع بأقصر وقت ممكن مع التعرف على الأنشطة المقترحة لإنشاء تلك المدرسة الافتراضية وكان المنهج المستخدم هو المنهج المزجي بنوعيه التفسيري التتابعي وكانت الأدوات المستخدمة في البحث: تحليل الوثائق والمقابلة وأسلوب بيرت، فكانت المدة الزمنية المتوقعة للانتهاء من النموذج المقترح بأكمله هي 14 أسبوعاً أي ما يقارب 3 شهور ونصف تقريباً. The research dealt with planning for the establishment of a virtual school for adult education, and the aim of the research was to plan for the proposed virtual school project using the PERT method, so that the project is implemented in the shortest possible time with the identification of the proposed activities for the creation of those. The virtual school and the method used was the mixed method of its exegetical type, and the tools used in the research were: Document analysis, interview and Burt's method, the expected time period for the completion of the entire proposed model is 14 weeks, which is approximately About 3 and a half months.
