The present study sought to identify the relationship between cyberbullying with its levels and mental health among male and female secondary school students with academic failure. It and also aimed to identify the relationship between the levels of cyberbullying and mental health. The study was applied to a sample of (300) male and female students from Ibn Al-Mundhir Schools, Riyadh, and Abdullah Bin Jaafar 'Secondary Schools for Boys in Riyadh, and the sixty secondary schools, 52, 24 secondary schools for girls in Riyadh. The study utilized the comparative correlational descriptive approach. The researcher designed and conducted a scale for cyberbullying and others for mental health. The results revealed that there was a strong statistically significant negative correlation between cyberbullying and mental health among the study sample. The results also revealed that there were statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the male and female students, who were victims of cyberbullying with all its levels, in mental health (for dimensions and the total score) in favor of the male students who outperformed the female students in mental health. The current study recommends the necessity of raising awareness of the harmful effects of cyberbullying concerning the bully and being bullied by educational and religious institutions and the media, and the need to inform the competent authorities when exposed to bullying.
