The study aimed to identify the role of wisdom management in achieving the sustainability of excellence at the University of Hafr Albatin. The descriptive approach was employed, using the questionnaire as a data collection tool, which was distributed to a sample of 145 faculty members. It revealed comparable practices of wisdom management and excellence sustainability, with a total arithmetic mean of the two themes (3.68) and (3.56) respectively. The results of the study also showed a positive significant impact on the management of wisdom in the sustainability of university excellence. It recommended the need to the university leadership to adopt the practices of administrative wisdom and develop these courses to achieve the objectives of the university and the most important measures for sustainability of excellence.
