تعتبر خلايا الاصغاء والمتابعة النفسية والتربوية آلية من الآليات التي اعتمدتها مؤسسات التعليم الثانوي للتحكم في مظاهر العنف والتوتر بها، وذلك لما سببته من مشكلات ومن زعزعة للأمن والأمان بها، ومن تعطيل لوظائفها الأساسية ولأجل هذا وبهدف معرفة درجة مساهمة هذه الخلايا في الحد من مظاهر العنف بها تم اجراء هذه الدراسة وقد شملت العينة 60 مستشارا للتوجيه والإرشاد المدرسي والمهني بولاية أم البواقي باعتبارهم أمناء لهذه الخلايا وقد استجابوا على الاستبيان الذي تكون من 33 فقرة موزعين على محورين هما المتابعة النفسية والمتابعة التربوية، وقد توصلت الدراسة الى ان خلايا الاصغاء عموما تساهم وبدرجة مرتفعة في الحد من مظاهر العنف والتوتر وعلى هذا الأساس فهي تستدعي تدعيم جهودها وتثمين مساعيها لنتائج أحسن. Listening and Psychological and Educational Support Unit is one of the most important mechanisms that institutions like the secondary schools depend on to control violence, a phenomenon that disturbs and destabilizes those institutions. In order to find out the degree of contribution of those units to reduce violence, this research conducts a study that questioned 60 school and vocational guidance counselors in Oum El-Bouaghi department because they are the ones in charge of those units. The counselors answered a questionnaire that consists of 33 paragraphs distributed over two axes: the psychological and educational/pedagogical follow-ups. Consequently, this research finds out that the units of listening generally contribute to a high degree to limit and reduce violence and tension and therefore they need support and valorization of their goals for better results.
