هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة مستوى فاعلية الذات لدى أساتذة التعليم الابتدائي بولاية الأغواط في ضوء بعض المتغيرات بالاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي، واستخدم مقياس فاعلية الذات التربوية على عينة مكونة من (49) أستاذا وأستاذة. وتوصلت النتائج إلى أن أساتذة الابتدائي لديهم مستوى متوسط من فاعلية الذات ، وأنه لا توجد فروق بين الجنسين في فاعلية الذات، كما انعدم التباين بين الأساتذة في متغيري المؤهل العلمي والصنف. This study aimed to know the efficiency level of self-efficacy for Primary school teachers in Laghouat, in few variables, like gender, qualification, subject, and category. Descriptive method was used, and use, the A questionnaire of Educational self-efficacy. This measure was applied on a sample of 49 primary school teachers in Laghouat. The results showed that Primary school teachers have an average level of self-efficacy. The results also demonstrated that there are no differences between males and females in the same measure, as well as that the lack of contrast among teachers in the self-efficiency is due to the variables of qualification and category.
