هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة أشكال، أسباب وسبل مواجهة ظاهرة التحرش الجنسي في الوسط الجامعي من وجهة نظر الأساتذة الجامعيين، وللتقصي عن الموضوع قمنا بدراسة ميدانية اعتمدنا فيها على المنهج الوصفي، واستخدمنا استمارة المقابلة (من إعداد الباحث) لجمع البيانات مع عينة مكونة من 44 أستاذ من قسم العلوم الاجتماعية بجامعة أم البواقي. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن التحرش الجنسي في الوسط الجامعي غالبيته لفظي ورمزي، بين مختلف الفئات الجامعية، تعددت أسبابه بين ما تعلق بالخصائص النفسية والجنسية للفرد، سوء التنشئة الاجتماعية، عوامل تتعلق بالوسط في حد ذاته، وبين ما تبثه وسائل الإعلام، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من الحلول كتوصيات. This study aimed to know the forms, causes and ways of facing the phenomenon of sexual harassment in the university environment from the viewpoint of university professors. We used the descriptive approach; the interview form (Prepared by the researcher) is used to collect data with a sample of 44 professors from the department of Social Sciences at Oum El-Bouaghi University. This study reached the following results: sexual harassment in the university environments mostly verbal and symbolic, among the various university groups. It has many causes varied between what relates to the psychological and sexual characteristics of the individual, poor socialization, factors related to the environment itself, and what is broadcasted in the media. This study reached a set of solutions as recommendations. (Published abstract)
