Education is concerned with facing the challenges facing the educational process, which led to the development of methods of education to promote the student to the best level, distributed education concerns on all joints that will contribute to the development of the student and investment talents in service and service community around him and among these concerns is attention to students with high mental abilities and contain as much as possible so that the educational administration to benefit from this segment of student excellence, which made the administrators of the educational process to take important methods to contain the outstanding students, including the methods were to establish schools for distinguished students. These schools have their own laws. Students do not enter them unless they pass some tests, such as the test of mental abilities and cognitive tests. In view of the importance of these schools, the two researchers conducted a comparative study between the schools of excellence for boys and girls, madras the distinguished in light of the results, the researchers recommended the need to pay attention to the schools of excellence, because of their positive impact on the investment of the talents of students with high mental abilities and expand the schools of excellence to enable the largest number of students to join these schools.
