تهدف الدراسة الحالية تعرُف أهمية المدونات والمواثيق الأخلاقية ومعايير بنائها، لاقتراح إجراءات تساعد على تطوير معايير بناء المدونات والمواثيق الأخلاقية وتحقيق المأمول منها في تحقيق الشفافية والمصداقية في المؤسسات، من خلال تحليل ومراجعة البحوث والدراسات السابقة والأدبيات التربوية التي تناولت أهمية المدونات والمواثيق الأخلاقية بما يضمن الخروج برؤية متكاملة لبناء المدونات الأخلاقية. وتختلف الدراسة الراهنة عن الدراسات السابقة في منهجية الدراسة إذ تعتمد الدراسة الحالية على تحليل الأدبيات التربوية من خلال المنهج التحليلي وفي ضوء نتائج الدراسات السابقة ووفقًا لرؤية الباحثان. The current study aims to identify the importance of codes and ethical charters and the criteria for building them, to propose measures that help develop standards for building codes and ethical charters and achieve the hoped-for achieving transparency and credibility in institutions, through the analysis and review of research, previous studies and educational literature that dealt with the importance of codes and ethical charters to ensure a vision Integrated to build ethical codes. The current study differs from previous studies in the methodology of the study, as the current study depends on the analysis of educational literature through the analytical method and in light of the results of previous studies and according to the researchers’ vision.
