بصفة عامة وفي مجالات التعلم والتعليم بصفة خاصة يعتبر التعليم جزء لا يتجزأ من الأمن القومي للشعوب وأن المؤسسات التعليمية هي الأمل في صنع المستقبل، مما جعل التعليم أحد الاستراتيجيات الهامة لتطوير المجتمع، وتكنولوجيا التعليم ليست مجرد مظهر عصري او اقتناء للأجهزة التعليمية، ولكن تطورت بصورة تناسب تطور العصر مما اثر بصورة فعالة في العملية التعليمية. فالتطور الشامل للعملية التعليمية يركز على تكنولوجيا التعلم بما تقدمه من مناهج وخبرات تعليمية ذات أهداف واضحة ووسائل توصيل المعلومات وتنمية المهارات أثناء استخدام الأدوات و الأجهزة واستراتيجيات التعليم، وذلك لإعداد المتعلم وتزويده بالخبرات والمهارات لمواجهة التطورات السريعة وللنهوض بمجتمعة على أساس علمي سليم، وأن إيجابية المتعلم ومشاركته النشطة أصبحت هدفا رئيسيا لعملية تطوير التعليم، ومضمون هذا الهدف هو تحويل العملية التعليمية من مجرد تلقى سلبي من جانب المتعلم إلى مشاركة نشطة من جانبه، وذلك بإعطائه الفرصة للبحث عن المعلومة بنفسه واسترجاعها وتصنيفها ومعالجتها ونتيجة للتطور المستمر في العلوم والمعارف ظهرت أنظمة وأساليب جديدة في التعليم والتعلم تعتمد على إيجابية المتعلم ونشاطه، وذلك ما تسعى لتحقيقه جميع دول العالم .حدود الدراسة: تتحدد هذه الدراسة بما يلي: 1) اقتصرت الدراسة على عينة من متعلمي الصف الخامس الابتدائي في مدرسة حولي التعليمية الابتدائية بدولة الكويت، وعليه فقد افترضت الباحثة ولأمور تتعلق بأغراض الدراسة أن بيئات المدارس في مدينة الكويت متشابهة إلى حد ما. 2) اقتصرت عينة الدراسة على فصل دراسي واحد هو الصف الخامس الابتدائي، وعلى موضوع واحد في الرياضيات هو مهارات الحساب (الضرب و القسمة). 3) اعتمدت الدراسة على اختبار تحصيل من إعداد الباحثة وتطويره. وعليه فأن نتائج الدراسة تتحدد بطبيعة بنود الاختبار ومدى صدقها ومستواها للموضوع المراد قياسه. 4) تناولت الدراسة استراتيجية محددة هي: التعلم بمساعدة الرسوم المتحركة. In general, and in the fields of learning and education in particular, education is considered an integral part of peoples' national security and that educational institutions are the hope for making the future, which made education one of the important strategies for the development of society, and educational technology is not just a modern appearance or the acquisition of educational devices but has developed in a proportionate manner. The development of the era, which has effectively affected the educational process. The overall development of the educational process focuses on learning technology, with its curricula and educational experiences with clear goals and means of communicating information and developing skills while using tools, devices and educational strategies, in order to prepare the learner and provide him with expertise and skills to face rapid developments and to advance society on a sound scientific basis, and that the learner's positivity and participation activism has become a major goal for the education development process, and the content of this goal is to transform the educational process from a mere passive reception on the part of the learner to an active participation on his part, by giving him the opportunity to search for information himself, retrieve, classify and process it. As a result of the continuous development in science and knowledge, new systems and methods have appeared in education. And learning depends on the learner’s positivity and activity, and this is what all countries of the world strive to achieve. (Published abstract)
