هدفت الدراسة إلى تعرف الاحتياجات التدريبية لدى معلمي التربية الإسلامية بمنطقة الباحة في ضوء الاتجاهات الحديثة للتطوير المهني، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي من خلال إعداد استبانة تحديد الاحتياجات التدريبية التي تكونت من (39) عبارة موزعة على ثلاثة محاور (الجانب الذاتي، والجانب المعرفي، والجانب الأدائي)، وتكونت عينة الدراسة الأساسية من (336) من معلمي التربية الإسلامية بمنطقة الباحة التعليمية يمثلون نسبة (52.1%) من المجتمع الكلي للدراسة، وتوصلت الدراسة في نتائجها إلى أن الاحتياجات التدريبية في المجالات الثلاث جاءت بصورة مرتفعة، وجاء ترتيب العبارات للمجالات الثلاث في المرتبة الأولى عبارة: "مهارات التخطيط لاستراتيجية تطوير احتياجاتي التدريبية تكون حسب المتغيرات والمستجدات" بمتوسط حسابي (4.4) وانحراف معياري (1.11)، وفي المرتبة الأخيرة عبارة "اكتساب اتجاهات إيجابية للمشاركة في المحافل والمنتديات الدولية المرتبطة بالتطوير المهني" بمتوسط حسابي (3.32) وانحراف معياري (0.948). وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة الاهتمام بالاحتياجات التدريبية وأنها الخطوة الأولى نحو التخطيط السليم للبرامج التدريبية. The present study aimed at knowing the training needs of the Islamic education teachers in Al-Baha on the shed of the recent directions of professional improvement. In order to achieve this aim, the researcher used the analytical descriptive method through a questionnaire for determining the training needs. The questionnaire included (39) statements divided in 3 sections (personal aspect, knowledge aspect, and performance aspect) the main sample of the study included (336) of Islamic education teachers in Al Baha educational region. Representing (52.1%) of the entire community of the study. The study came to the result that the training needs of each of the three aspects are highly required. The order of the statements of the three sections came as follows: the first ranking statement: “planning skills for the strategy of my training needs improvement are according to the changes and developments development” with an arithmetic average (4.4) and a standard deviation (1.11). As for the last ranking statement: “gaining positive dimensions to participate in the international platforms and forums related to professional improvement” with an arithmetic average (3.32) and a standard deviation (0.948). The study recommended the necessity of giving attention to the training needs and that it is the first step toward the good planning of the training programs. (Published abstract)
