The study aims at identifying e-learning evaluation through learning management system-blackboard from students’ perspectives at Najran University. The study’s method is descriptive; a questionnaire is used, chosen sample was (739) female students. The study’s most important results rated «high and medium» were: e-course’s objectives are comprehensive and clearly prescribed, a clear study plan availability, existing of scientific references that support the content and students’ interaction with the content by voice and image. Courses help develop students’ skills of collaborative learning and self-learning as they are continually updated. E-tests are comprehensive, providing students with their results and results privacy. Teaching performance-related results reveal that faculty members’ attention is to provide an e-forum; content availability, following up assignments and e-activities, and adhering to their own study schedule. Evaluation results are «low», pertaining to; providing summaries, providing educational websites links, considering individual differences, mechanism of verifying examinees identity, e-test questions are subjective & objective, faculty members provide live chat and video conferencing, availability of white board technique, and academic consultations all the time. Results revealed absence of statistically significant differences among students’ evaluation to e-learning through learning management system-blackboard attributed to college variable; humanities & scientific, while there are significant differences for levels one, two and four students attributed to the year of the study.
