Occupational burnout is one of the common terms used by many since the beginning of the last ten years of this century, and this term is frequently repeated in our time in the field of learning difficulties. The state of occupational burnout is experienced by students and teachers with learning difficulties while performing their job, and these problems result in their inability to practice the profession well, and the disability results in their feeling of psychological pressure that forces a person to conform to the circumstances in order to erase the feeling of inability to perform the work, and this type Adaptation or compatibility is little in motivation and accompanied by a feeling of discomfort and a sense of self-worth as it suffers. Therefore, this study came with the aim of knowing the relationship between the Occupational burnout of learning difficulties, self-esteem and motivation for achievement, and the study sample consisted of (15) teachers with learning difficulties at the Fahaheel Model School in Kuwait, and the researcher followed the descriptive analytical approach as One of the most important approaches that are followed in theoretical field research that requires restricting the opinions of the research sample. As for the study tools, the researcher has used picture and electronic books and published references dealing with the same topic in order to write the theoretical framework. And a tool of visits and personal interviews with the study sample, using the Maslash Burnout list to analyze the answers statistically and graphically. That study indicated in its results that: 1) There is a positive relationship to a large extent between work in the field of teaching for learning difficulties and the frequent exposure to psychological burnout. 2) There is a positive relationship, to a large extent, between the lack of motivation for achievement and the high exposure to psychological burnout among (15) teachers with learning difficulties in the Fahaheel Model School in Kuwait. 3) There is a positive relationship to a large extent between the lack of self-esteem and the high exposure to psychological burnout among (15) teachers with learning difficulties in the Fahaheel Model School in Kuwait.
