The study aimed to identify the effectiveness of a training program to improve communication skills and reduce social withdrawal among students with learning difficulties in the State of Kuwait. The research was applied on a sample of (15) students with learning difficulties in the State of Kuwait, and the study sample was divided into two equal groups, the first is experimental and its number is (15) students, and the second was a control and numbered (15) students, and the current study tools included the rapid neurological survey scale prepared by: Abdel Wahab Kamel, (1989), the IQ scale (Taqnin: Mahmoud Abu Nile, 2011) and the two measures of communication skills and social withdrawal prepared by the researcher. The training program was prepared by the researcher, and the results of the study resulted in the effectiveness of the program in improving communication skills and reducing social withdrawal among students with learning difficulties in the State of Kuwait.
