The aim of the research: to know the level of faculty members' ability at the University of Hail to acquire digital teaching skills and the obstacles of that in light of the Corona crisis from their point of view, and to achieve the goal of the research: the researchers used the descriptive approach based on a questionnaire consisting of four axes, and after verifying the validity and reliability of the research tool it was applied to all faculty members in the College of Education at the University of Hail during the second semester of 1440/1441 AH and their number is (72) members, the research reached a number of results, the most important of which are: teaching staff at the University of Hail managed from digital teaching skills through the blackboard related to planning, implementation and evaluation in a high degree, despite the existence of the obstacles that prevent this and the study sample agreed on its existence with a degree of medium approval, except for the following disabled persons the sample members agreed on their presence in a high degree, namely: that the use of digital evaluation through the black board is not sincere in its results, and does not measure the learning outcomes effectively, as well as the lack of incentives for a faculty member to encourage the use of the black board in the teaching process continuously, and develop from his skills digital teaching, in light of the results of the research results, the research recommended the following: the necessity of developing digital evaluation methods in a way that helps the faculty member to measure learning outcomes effectively and honestly, as well as providing incentives that encourage the faculty member to use digital teaching and enable him to develop his digital teaching skills continuously. The research also suggested conducting future research and studies that would complement the current research topic. (Published abstract)
