يستند البحث الحالي نحو تحقيق عدد من الأهداف تتمثل في التعرف على أهمية وأهداف ومتطلبات وأبعاد الإصلاح الإداري بالمدرسة الثانوية العامة في مصر، بالإضافة إلى الوقوف على واقع القدرة التنافسية للمدرسة الثانوية العامة في مصر، والتوصل إلى رؤية مقترحة للإصلاح الإداري بالمدرسة الثانوية العامة في مصر. واعتمد البحث في معالجته على مدخل ماكنزي 7S، وبذلك تعرض لجميع الجوانب الهامة المؤثرة على المدرسة الثانوية. كما استعان بالمقابلات الشخصية مع عينة من الخبراء الأكاديميين والتربويين. وتوصل البحث إلى رؤية مقترحة للإصلاح الإداري بالمدرسة الثانوية العامة في مصر، اشتملت على تحديد أهم القضايا الجوهرية والثانوية التي تواجه المدرسة الثانوية العامة، مع وضع ملامح لهذه الرؤية والفترة الزمنية اللازمة لتنفيذها، وتحديد متطلبات تحقيق هذه الرؤية، وأخيرا التوصل إلى الآليات الإجرائية لتنفيذها. The present research is based on to achieve a number of objectives, namely: to recognize the importance, objectives, requirements and domains of the administrative reform in the public secondary school in Egypt, in addition to stand on the reality of the competitiveness of the secondary schools in Egypt, as well as to reach a proposed vision for administrative reform in the public secondary school in Egypt. The study was based on the McKenzie approach because it deals with all the important aspects affecting secondary school, also used personal interviews with a sample of educational and academic experts. The research reached a proposed vision for the administrative reform of the public secondary school in Egypt, which included identifying the most critical and secondary issues facing high school, then put the features of this vision and the period of time needed to implement them, and with the identification requirements for achieving this vision, finally reaching procedural mechanisms for its implementation.
