يبرز الدور الحيوي لمؤسسات التنشئة الاجتماعية والتربوية في إرساء وتحقيق الأمن الفكري من خلال الدور الذي تؤديه تلك المؤسسات لإعداد الفرد فكريا وعمليا في جميع مناحي الحياة انطلاقا من تربية الفرد وتنشئته التنشئة الاجتماعية السليمة، والاهتمام بالمؤسسات التربوية (المدرسة، الأسرة، الجامعات، وسائل الإعلام) حتى تؤدي دورها المنشود لإكساب أفراد المجتمع المفاهيم والأفكار الصحيحة والسليمة والتي تنطلق من المبادئ التربوية لذلك المجتمع، ويظهر الدور الحيوي لشبكات التواصل الاجتماعي في إحداث تغيير في العالم بأسره ومجتمع الشباب الجامعي علي وجه الخصوص لما لهذه الشبكات من سلبيات وايجابيات، وما يمكن أن تحدثه تلك الشبكات من مخاطر، واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي من خلال تطبيق استبيان علي عينة من طلبة جامعة الكويت قوامها 300 مفردة. وتوصلت الدراسة للنتائج التالية: أن الادارة تتيح الفرص المتساوية لكل الطلاب للمشاركة في الأنشطة الطلابية، وتهتم الادارة بالفعاليات التي تعمل علي توعية وحماية الطلاب من المخاطر، كما توفر لهم متطلبات تنفيذ الأنشطة التوعوية للطلاب كما أنها تعمل علي نبذ أي سلوك يقع تحت دائرة التعصب الاجتماعي، أو القبلي، الفكري، وانها تهتم الادارة بمقترحات وشكاوي الطلاب التي تهدد أمنهم الفكري داخل الهيئة. وجود علاقة دالة احصائيا بين واقع انتشار الأمن الفكري لدي طلبة جامعة الكويت وطبيعة مخاطر شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي. وجود علاقة دالة احصائيا بين متطلبات تعزيز الأمن الفكري لدي طلبة جامعة الكويت وطبيعة مخاطر شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي. وأوصت الدراسة باعتبار مضامين الأمن الفكري ضمن المقررات الدراسية والأنشطة التي تمارسها الجامعة ضرورة ملحة وليست نوعا من الترف، وايجاد آليات للتنسيق بين الأجهزة المعنية ومؤسسات وقطاعات المجتمع والأسر بالتعاون مع الجامعة في دعم المنظومة القيمية السمحة وتفنيد النعرات التي تهدم المجتمع وتهدد استقراره. The social and educational upbringing institutions has a vital role in establishing and achieving the intellectual security through the role which these institutions have performed to prepare the individual intellectually and practically in all aspects of life from raising and upbringing the individual by the right social upbringing, and by looking after the educational institutions (school, family, universities and media) to perform its target role to give the individuals in the society the true and right concepts and ideas that launched from the educational principles of the society. The vital role of the social networking appears in making a change in the whole world and especially the Kuwait University students community because these networks have negative and positive side, and can be caused risks. The study uses the analytical descriptive methods through applying a questionnaire on a sample of applied education students consist of 300 individual. The study resulted in: the administration enables the equal opportunities for every student to participate in the student activities. The administration concerns with the effectiveness that make aware and protect students from risks as well provide to them the requirements of executing the awareness activities to students. It also renounce any behavior goes under the social, tribal or intellectual fanaticism. The administration concerns by the suggestions and complaints of students which threat their intellectual security in the authority. There is a statistically significant relationship between the spread of the intellectual security of the Kuwait University students and the nature of the social networking risks. There is a statistically significant relationship between the requirements of enhancing the intellectual security of Kuwait University students and the nature of the social networking risks. The study recommends that by the meaning of the intellectual security within the courses and activities which practiced by the university is very necessary and not a kind of leisure, and founding mechanisms to coordinate between the concerned systems and the social institutions and sectors and families in cooperation with the university in support of the tolerance value system and refute the prejudices that demolish society and threat its stability.
