The study aimed to find out the difficulties that prevent the implementation of physical activities in government girls' schools in Medina, and to develop some proposals that help to activate these activities. The researcher used a qualitative approach based on semi-structured interview, with people in charge of physical activities. The researcher conducted semi structured interviews with also Maximal Variation Sampling consisting of: two directors, three female supervisors, six female teachers and fifteen female students. The researcher concluded that there are difficulties related to senior management, including Failure to provide self-management requirements, failure to provide a financial budget to spend on various school activities. In addition to difficulties related to school management, including the lack of creating an atmosphere of acceptance and readiness for the practice of physical activities, and the absence of specific mechanisms to evaluate physical activities. The study recommends increasing interest by the Ministry of Education in physical activities, the participation of experts, specialists and teachers in developing a curriculum for physical activities, the need for the Ministry of Education to update the organizational rules, items and instructions for female students to practice physical activities in the school, and finally encourage them to practice these activities inside and outside the school.
