The study aimed at measure training program in coaching based on PDEOD to improve self-reflective assessment and clinical supervision for Arabic preserves teacher in faculty of Education. The sample was 35 students and divide to control and experimental group. This study developed self-assessment scale and clinical supervision test. The study result reached to improved experimental group in self-assessment scale and clinical supervision test. (Published abstract)
