هدف هذا البحث للكشف عن علاقة التنظيم الإنفعالى بالرضا الزواجي لدى المعلمين حديثي الزواج ولتحقيق هذا الهدف أجري البحث على عينه قوامها (150) معلم / معلمة بواقع (43) من الذكور (107) من الإناث من المعلمين حديثى الزواج في عدد من مدارس محافظة الشرقية وطلاب الدراسات العليا بكلية التربية جامعة الزقازيق وتم تطبيق الأدوات التالية (مقياس التنظيم الإنفعالى إعداد Cratz & Roemer, 2014 : ترجمة الباحثة، ومقياس الرضا الزواجى إعداد هالة صقر 2014). وأسفرت النتائج عن وجود علاقة إرتباطية دالة إحصائية بين بعض أبعاد التنظيم الإنفعالى والرضا الزواجي، وجود فروق دالة إحصائية بين متوسط درجات أفراد عينة الدراسة على أبعاد مقياس التنظيم الإنفعالى تبعاً لمتغير الجنس، وجود فروق دالة إحصائية بين متوسط درجات أفراد عينة الدراسة على أبعاد مقياس الرضا الزواجى تبعاً لمتغير الجنس. The study aims to clarify the relationship between emotional regulation and marital satisfaction, to achieve this goal, the research was carried out on a sample of (150) male and female teacher for (43)male and (107) female in a number of Sharqia Governorate schools and some of the post graduation students faculty of education, the following tools was applied : (emotional regulation scale preparation: Gratez & Roemer, 2004 translated by the researcher), marital satisfaction scale preparation: Hala Sakr, 2014) The most significant results were: There was a statistically significant positive correlation between some of emotion regulation dimension and marital satisfaction dimension, there were significant statistical differences between male and female teachers in emotion regulation dimensions and, there were significant statistical differences between male and female teachers in marital satisfaction dimensions.
