This research seeks to study the effect of digital technology on the exchange of roles between the parties to the evolving communication process for media education, where communication has become a complex process, and it is difficult to determine where or with whom the communication begins and where it ends. Although communication forms try to simplify the process by providing a visual representation of the different aspects of communication. While acknowledging that the models still serve a valuable purpose for media students, they allow us to see specific concepts and steps in the communication process, define communication, and apply communication concepts.
