هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن طبيعة الميول المهنية السائدة عند المتفوقين دراسياً بالمدارس الحكومية أشبال الأمة في الجزائر وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي على عينة تكونت من 22 تلميذ منتسب لهذه المدرسة وتم تطبيق مقياس هولاند للميول المهنية بعد تعديله حتى يتماشى مع طبيعة الدراسة ومواصفات العينة وتم التوصل إلى النتائج التالية: تصدرت في المرتبة الأولى البيئة العقلية بمتوسط حسابي قدر ب 18.41 وبإنحراف معياري يساوي 4,896 أما البيئة المهنية الموالية فكانت البيئة الاجتماعية والتي قدر متوسط حسابها ب 14,18 وانحراف معياري ب 1,259، وفي المرتبة الثالثة تأتي البيئة التقليدية بحيث قدر المتوسط الحسابي ب 14,82 وانحرافها المعياري ب 0,796، أما في المرتبة الرابعة تأتي البيئة الواقعية والتي قدر متوسطها الحسابي ب 11,86 والانحراف المعياري ب 1,167، وفي المرتبة الأخيرة تأتي بيئة المغامرة بحيث قدر المتوسط الحسابي ب 8,00 والانحراف المعياري ب 1,512. توصي الباحثتان إلى ضرورة الرعاية والاهتمام وتقديم الخدمات الإرشادية المهنية الكافية لهذه الفئة الخاصة لإتمام بناء مشروعهم المهني والمستقبلي. The study aimed to reveal the nature of the professional tendencies prevailing among those who excelled in education in government schools, the cubs of the nation in Algeria, and the descriptive approach was used on a sample consisting of 22 students affiliated with this school. next: The first place was the mental environment with an arithmetic mean of 18.41 and a standard deviation of 4,896. As for the following professional environment, the social environment was the social environment, whose mean was estimated at 14.18 and a standard deviation of 1,259. In the fourth place is the real environment, whose mean is estimated at 11.86 and standard deviation of 1,167. In the last place comes the adventure environment, where the arithmetic mean was estimated at 8.00 and the standard deviation at 1,512. The two researchers recommend the necessity of care, attention and provision of adequate professional advisory services for this special group to complete the construction of their professional and future project.
