هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على أهم عملية إصلاح تربوي قامت بها الجزائر منذ الاستقلال، حيث تم اعتماد استراتيجية جديدة للتدريس، إنها المقاربة بالكفاءات، هذه المقاربة التي جاءت لتغير تلك العلاقة النمطية التي كانت سائدة بين المعلم والمتعلم، فجعلت من المعلم موجها عوضا كان ملقنا، وجعلت من المتعلم محورا للعملية التعليمية التعلمية بعد أن كان مستمعا ومتلقيا. جاءت هذه المقاربة أيضا لتجعل من عملية التقويم جزءا أساسيا من العملية التعليمية التعلمية. سنحاول من خلال مداخلتنا هذه أن نوضح أهم ما جاء في الإصلاحات التربوية الجزائرية، كما سنحاول أن نبين أهم نتائج اعتماد بيداغوجيا المقاربة بالكفاءات والتي مست بالخصوص: المنهاج - المتعلم - المعلم - طريقة التدريس. Through this intervention, we aim to shed light on the most important educational reform undertaken by Algeria since independence. A new strategy for teaching has been adopted. It is the approach of competencies. This approach came to change the stereotypical relationship between the teacher and the learner. It was our teacher, and made the learner a focus of educational learning after he was a listener and recipient. This approach also made the evaluation process an integral part of the educational learning process. We will try through this intervention to clarify the most important in the Algerian educational reforms, and we will try to show the most important results of the adoption of pedagogy approach competencies, which touched in particular: the curriculum - the learner - the teacher - the method of teaching.
