تسعى هذه الورقة البحثية إلى الإضاءة على واقع تطبيق بيداغوجيا المقاربة بالكفاءات، التي تبنتها وزارة التربية الوطنية، وشرع في تطبيقها ابتداء من السنة الدراسية 2003/2004 لإخراج المنظومة التربوية من دائرة التلقين وجعلها أكثر فعالية ، مواكبة للتطورات التي يشهدها العالم، و الحصول على مخرجات قادرة على التفاعل مع المعارف العلمية الجديدة ومواجهة الوضعيات الحياتية المعقدة، بمقاربة يتقاطع فيها الكم بالكيف، حيث تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي ذي البعد الإحصائي، والتحليل الذي يسمح بتقديم تفسيرات وشبكة قراءة جد منطقية وجادة، من خلال الاعتماد على نتائج دراسات ميدانية ، حاولنا من خلالها الإجابة على التساؤل الرئيس التالي الذي نعتبره مفتاحا لمداخلتنا: ماهو واقع تطبيق بيداغوجيا المقاربة بالكفاءات في المدرسة الجزائرية؟ (الملخص المنشور)

This paper seeks to shed light on the reality of the application of the pedagogy of the competency approach adopted by the Ministry of National Education. It has been implemented since the academic year 2003/2004 to take the educational system out of the circle of indoctrination and to make it more effective, keeping pace with developments in the world, Interaction with new scientific knowledge and coping with complex life situations, with a quantitative approach to the qualitative, where the descriptive approach with statistical dimension was used, and the analysis that allows the introduction of explanations and a very logical and serious reading network, The vessels, through which we have tried to answer the question of the next president, which we consider a key to our intervention: What is the reality of the application of pedagogical approach competencies in the Algerian school?
