تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى توضيح موقف الأساتذة التعليم المتوسط تجاه التقويم بالكفاءات في تقليل من ظاهرة الغش المدرسي، و تبيان أهمية التقويم بالكفاءات في الحد من المشكلات النفسية والتربوية لدى المتعلمين. وللتحقق من أهداف الدراسة استخدمت الباحثة مقياس صمم لمعرفة موقف الأساتذة تجاه التقويم بالكفاءات في تقليل من ظاهرة الغش المدرسي، والذي يضم محورين: الأول الخاص بالأسئلة التي تهدف إلى تقويم المعارف، والثاني بالأسئلة التي تهدف إلى تقويم قدرة المتعلمين على الأداء، حيث طبق هذا المقياس بعد التأكد من صلاحيته على عينة قوامها 120 أستاذا(ة) من التعليم المتوسط، اختيرت من أربع متوسطات بدائرة خميس مليانة ولاية عين الدفلى. وبعد جمع البيانات وتحليل النتائج، توصلت إلى أن: 1) أغلبية الأساتذة يرون بأن الأسئلة التي تهدف إلى تقويم المعارف تشجع على الغش. 2) أغلبية الأساتذة يرون بأن الأسئلة التي تهدف إلى تقويم الأداء لا تشجع على الغش. The current study parts to clarify the position of teachers intermediate education regarding the evaluation of competencies in reducing the phenomenon of cheating in school, as it serves to showcase the importance of evaluation competencies in reducing the psychological and educational issues of learners. To verify that the objectives of the study the researcher used a measure designed to know the position of the teachers toward competencies in reducing the calendar of the school cheating, which includes two axes: First of questions which aimed to evaluate the knowledge, and the second the questions designed to evaluate the ability of students to performance, where this dish after making sure of the validity of the measure on a sample of 120 a professor(s) of intermediate education, selected from four circuit averages khemis miliana Ain Defla Province. After the collection of data and analysis results, concluded that: 1) The majority of the teachers believe that the questions designed to assess the knowledge encourages the fraud. 2) The majority of the teachers believe that the questions aimed at evaluating the performance does not encourage.
