استهدف البحث الحالي التعرف على فاعلية المحاكاة التفاوضية في علاج عسر الحوار لدى المتعلمين بالصف الثاني الثانوي، وتكوَّنت عينة البحث من (40) متعلما من الصف الثاني الثانوي، ولتحقيق ذلك تم بناء قائمة بمهارات الحوار اللازم توافرها لهؤلاء المتعلمين، ووحدة معالجة تجريبية قائمة على المحاكاة التفاوضية، ومقياس القدرة على الحوار، وبطاقة لملاحظة أداء المتعلمين لمهارات الحوار المقصودة، تلى ذلك إجراء التطبيق القبلي لأدوات القياس، ثم التعرض لوحدة المعالجة القائمة على المحاكاة التفاوضية، وبعد ذلك تم التطبيق البعدي لأدوات القياس، وأسفرت النتائج عن فاعلية المحاكاة التفاوضية في علاج عُسر الحوار لدى أفراد عينة البحث؛ حيث جاءت الفروق دالة إحصائيا عند مستوى دلالة (0,05) بين متوسطي درجات عينة البحث لصالح التطبيق البعدي سواء فيما يتعلق بالمجموع الكلي لمهارات الحوار، أو المهارات الفرعية لكل جانب من جوانب الحوار الخمسة، وبحجم تأثير كبير بلغت نسبته (0,74). The current research aimed to identify the effectiveness of the negotiation simulation in the treatment of the deficiency of dialogue skills among learners in the Secondary stage learners. The research sample consisted of (40) second grade secondary students. To achieve this, the following were constructed. 1) A list of dialogue skills needed for these learners. 2) An Experimental Processing Unit based on Negotiation Simulation.3) Dialogue capacity scale. 4) Observation card to observe learners' performance skills of the intended dialogue. Followed that the application of the measuring instruments post-test. Then the exposure to the Experimental Processing Unit based on Negotiation Simulation. Then the measuring instruments post-test was applied. The results showed that the differences were statistically significant at the level of (0.05) between the mean scores of the research sample in favor of the post-test, either in terms of the total score of dialogue skills, or the sub-skills for each of the five aspects of the dialogue. The effect size rate was (.73) which is big. (Published abstract)
