This study aims at identifying the primary thinking skills included in the reading books of the primary stage and the extent of their availability in the books of reading in the first three primary stages. To achieve this goal, the researcher used the analysis method, using other analysts, the coefficient of stability between him and the first analyst (0.80%), the researcher and the second analyst (0.85%), the first analyst, the analyst and the second (0.82%). To extract the results, the researcher used repetitions and percentages of primary thinking skills the results of the search for the highest skill achieved,(application skill) by (59%)and then (skill of remembering) by (45%) followed by (comparative skill) by (37%) then (cognitive skill) by (22%) and (classification) by (13%) then (coding skill) by (9%) and (induction skill) by (11%) and (ranking skill) by (8%) in addition (questioning) by (8%). In the light of the results of the research, the researcher recommended several recommendations, and suggested several proposals, a similar study of this study in the analysis of exercises other Arabic books for the primary stage, and in light of other thinking skills.
